About: Established in 2004, British Retail brand Steel & Jelly are known for their contemporary and traditional designs.
Based within Birmingham’s Grand Central the company wanted to attract new and existing customers to the store for their Summer Sale.
The company wanted to increase footfall to the store which will help increase brand awareness. Being based within Birmingham’s Train station, finding customers that wanted to shop compared to customers passing through the station as part of their journey was a challenge.
Our staff would be based outside the train station and would approach Steel & Jelly’s target audience, offering discount vouchers to be used in store which can only be redeemed within a certain time. The vouchers collected from the transactions showed the engagement and hard work of our staff in promoting the brand.
