Delivery Leadership (Agile) Provide day-to-day direction to the squad, ensuring clarity of priorities and outcomes Participate in agile ceremonies and drive effective, iterative delivery Work with engineering to ensure realistic, transparent delivery plans Stakeholder Management Act as the primary contact for product-related decisions and communication Build strong relationships across business and technology teams Clearly communicate progress, risks, and trade-offs Tribe Alignment & Dependencies Collaborate with other Product Owners to manage cross-team dependencies Align squad delivery with wider tribe priorities and roadmap Support planning, governance, and delivery forecasting Risk, Controls & Service Health Ensure solutions meet security, data, and operational requirements Balance innovation with reliability and technical sustainability Use live service insights to continuously improve product performance

What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a Product Owner in an agile, product-led environment Strong backlog management and prioritisation skills with a value-driven mindset Experience working with cross-functional technology teams Ability to translate complex requirements into clear, deliverable outcomes Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Data-driven approach to decision making and continuous improvement
